Hi, I am Annie and I just moved back to the Seattle area from sunny Orange County. I recently graduated Chapman University earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and I am currently studying for my boards so I can work as a real PT (licensed). I am an avid runner and yogi. I have run 1 marathon and 31 half marathons. This blog is to offer training and physical therapy advice!
